Yes, we have a minimum stay requirement depending on the Month.  

In June and August the minimum stay is 3 nights. 

In July the Minimum stay is 4 nights. 

The remaining months of the year minimum is 2 nights.

Short Stays are subject to management approval and a minimum fee of $50. 

 Yes! Pinder’s Resort features a modern, 12-stall boat dock clearly visible and easily accessible from our lakeside cabins. Guests are welcome to bring their own boats for world-class Bull Shoals Lake fishing and water sports.

Because we are situated right on the Missouri/Arkansas border, you have prime access to some of the best bass fishing (largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted), crappie, and walleye in the Ozarks. Although our secluded peninsula is located in Protem, MO, we are legally in Arkansas, therefore an Arkansas fishing license covers you for our immediate waters, but you'll want to check boundary lines if you boat north into MIssouri. 

Our 11 clean, comfortable lakeside cabins come fully equipped with full kitchenettes (including cookware, utensils, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker), air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and linens (bedding and bath towels). Outside your door, you'll find individual charcoal BBQ grills and picnic tables shaded by mature oak and black walnut trees, all offering beautiful lake views.

Our 6-acre property features an in-ground 20x40 swimming pool, a covered outdoor pavilion connected to a game room perfect for family reunions, group picnics, and evening bonfires under clear, star-loaded Ozark skies. 

Our resort offers the perfect balance of a secluded lake getaway without being totally isolated. We are located in Protem, MO, which is just about an hour's drive south east of the attractions in Branson, MO, and an hour northwest of Mountain Home, AR. Some of our guests enjoy day trips to Branson shopping and live shows, then retreat back to the quiet peace of the lake in the evening.
