• Deposits: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is taken to secure your stay. If you book a year in advance, please send your deposit January of the year of your reservation.

• Cancellations 30 Days or More Prior to Arrival: If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days before your scheduled check-in, your deposit is retained. However, if the cabin vacancy is successfully re-rented for your exact dates, we will issue you a stay credit for the amount of your deposit, valid for one (1) year.

• Cancellations 7 to 29 Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations received between 7 and 29 days before your scheduled check-in will result in a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount at the base cabin rate.

• Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival (including no-shows) will be charged 100% of the total reservation at the base cabin rate.

• Early Departures: In the event of an early departure, the total for the entire reservation will still be charged. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.
